Preparation
in order to preserve and bring into your body these valuable ingredients, it is important to note that the water for green tea needs to be boiled, then cooled to approximately 60°C, poured over the tea and then covered. The tea that we keep in water for 3-5 minutes has a stimulating effect due to more caffeine, but if we keep it for 5 minutes and more, due to high levels of tannin, the tea drink has a soothing and calming effect. Only the appropriate preparation can bring you the supreme quality of green tea.
