The tea that we keep in water for 3-5 minutes has a stimulating effect due to more caffeine, but if we keep it for 5 minutes and more, due to high levels of tannin, the tea drink has a soothing and calming effect. Only the appropriate preparation can bring you the supreme quality of green tea.
