Mastic is a traditional Macedonian drink.
The rich flavor is obtained from wine distillate and natural anise flavor. Usually used for the preparation of cocktails and aperitifs.

Merlot is soft, mellow and generally medium-bodied. Its rise from well-kept French secret to worldwide favourite is largely due to its approachable palate and versatile food-matching potential, making it a good option for white wine drinkers and those new to red wines.

These wines have all the folk tales and music embedded in them. Created the traditional way for ages, and now using modern technology, proudly displaying our tradition on its labels, they represent a fine reminder of our worldly recognition as a wine country.

The pride and joy of the Prilep Brewery is  Zlaten Dab, a high quality European lager with a golden yellow color. Hence the name Zlaten Dab  or Golden Oak.
